Our family house is situated in Kozino, not too far from Zadar. It has two family apartments and three apartments for rent: one apartment with two rooms (Ap 'Nada1') and one apartment with one room (Ap 'Nada2') on the second floor, and one apartment with one room on the ground floor (Ap 'Nada3'). Around the house is the garden with two garden terraces, grill and two parking places, for 6-8 cars. The beach is about one hundred meters far and it can be reached on foot. The beach is rocky and pebbly, and the sea is clear and bright.

The city of Zadar is an easily reached destination by land, sea and air. It has a good traffic infrastructure through which it is directly connected to other bigger cities of the Republic of Croatia: Zagreb, Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik, with extraordinary accommodation and contemporary service of numerous marinas. Kožino is a village located 10 km north of Zadar, between Dikla and Petričane, offering a large number of modern, fully equipped villas and apartments. It is well connected with the surrounding area. The local population in Kožino engages in agriculture, mostly cultivating vines and olive trees. It is an ideal destination for those who want to spend a quiet family holiday. Here you will find beautiful pebble and sand beaches with clear waters and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The most valuable cultural and historical monument to visit in Kožino is the parish church of St. Michael, built in the second half of the 16th century. Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, football, handball, basketball, water skiing, surfing, sailing, rafting on river Zrmanja and hiking on the Velebit mountain.
